I am in the process of building a home with Hammett Homes. I have been so impressed with the professionalism across the board. Mike Scott made the buying process smooth and easy. He was there to answer questions and has been a great support. While looking for a home, after reaching out to many many builders about what is available, Hammett Homes was the only one to respond and follow through. 

Rachael at the design center has been amazing! She helped me to chose all of my finishes and was very patient was my indecisiveness.  I am so happy that Hammett Homes gave me so many choices. I was able to chose all of my colors, tile, wood flooring, cabinets, carpet, lighting and so much more. So many of the builders right now are not allowing buyers to have many choices, maybe only option A, B, or C. 

My house will be done later in the spring and the entire team has made me feel so confident that I am in good hands. I had a meeting with the entire team to make sure everyone is on the same page, Craig, Mike, Jay, Pam and Rachael made me feel at ease. The communication has been outstanding. 

Even though I haven't seen the finished product, I have no doubt that I will be very happy on move in day.
