We just finished building with Hammett Homes and are so happy we did! Jay and Craig were great to work with. We found a lot we loved in a great neighborhood while viewing Hammett's Parade Home last fall. We were able to modify the house plan they had for the lot to our liking. It was a very easy process and Jay was very accommodating to all our questions and modifications. We were out of state when the design and building was taking place so there were many phone calls and e-mails, but Jay was always very willing to help us. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and was super nice and helpful while doing so. Any problems were quickly and professionally handled. He and Craig Hammett are the best builder/real estate professionals we have done business with. This was our first build and we couldn't imagine it going any better. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or build.
